Critical Notice: DragonBout is not responsible for any tournament events promoted on this platform.
By using this site, you understand and agree that:
- DragonBout does not vet, oversee, or verify any events listed;
- We are not liable for any injuries, damages, disputes, or issues that occur at or in connection with any tournament;
- You assume all risk related to attending, promoting, or participating in any third-party event listed on DragonBout.

You agree
not to post any content that:
- Is false, misleading, or deceptive;
- Contains hate speech, illegal content, or encourages violence;
- Infringes on the rights of others (copyright, trademark, etc.);
- Violates any local, state, or federal laws.
We reserve the right to remove any content or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

To post events, users may create a username. Optionally, you may also provide an email and state location if you choose to receive tournament notifications.
All information provided must be truthful. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own content and access.

- You retain ownership of any tournament content you post.
- By uploading content, you grant DragonBout a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your tournament on the platform.
DragonBout's own branding, logos, and site content may not be used without our written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove access to the site at any time for violations of these terms or misuse of the platform.

DragonBout is provided "as is" with no warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or reliability of the site or the events listed.
